Planned Giving: The Why, How, and Preservation of Philanthropy
February 17 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm| Free
“The Oklahoma Association of Charitable Gift Planners invites you to join us for “Planned Giving: The Why, How, and Preservation of Philanthropy”, presented by Alexandra Towler-Bliss, Esq. She will explain popular planned giving vehicle creation and ongoing compliance, as well as the various tax benefits associated with each entity. She will also cover donor solicitation tools and techniques to increase the likelihood of donor follow through in estate planning. This program will be particularly helpful for professions working with donors to identify legacy options and organizational representatives looking to increase or maintain planned giving initiatives.
At the end of this presentation, participants will have a deeper knowledge of which planned giving vehicles exist and how each planned giving vehicle works to meet the unique needs of a diverse donor base. Participants will also understand the importance of the donor solicitation process, with a focus on helping donors identify their own motivating cause.
This event will be held via Zoom and is free to all attendees.
